Each year the Iowa City Area Business Partnership puts on a New Teacher Luncheon in August to welcome all newly-hired teachers to Johnson County schools. Typically, we gather everyone together and provide a complimentary lunch and gift bag to each teacher. This year, that will all look different. We are planning to bring the lunch to the teachers, rather than the other way round!
