Roundtable - Advanced Wage and Hour Issues

Description

Presented by Attorney and Senior Vice President Mark Hudson. This roundtable will be a comprehensive event for all things wage and hour. From the Fair Labor Standards Act to the Iowa Wage Payment Collection Act, we will examine the nuance of state and federal wage payment laws. We will also address strategies issues such as exemption audits, independent contractor analysis, and complex pay structures. 

This roundtable will provide an all-encompassing opportunity to learn about all things wages.
