Mosaic is a nonprofit organization with more than 100 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Formed in 2003 through the consolidation of two faith-based organizations founded in 1913 and 1925, Mosaic’s mission has remained constant—to love and serve our neighbor. Today, Mosaic provides person-centered services, including residential supports and Mosaic at Home shared living, partnering with communities to promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Mosaic is a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives through person-centered services that promote independence, stability, and community belonging. Mosaic serves as both a problem solver and connector—partnering with people to create meaningful lives in caring communities while giving voice to individual needs.

Mosaic at Home is a personalized shared-living option that fosters lasting relationships between individuals with intellectual disabilities and providers contracted with Mosaic. Supports are designed around each person’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, helping individuals become active members of their households and the greater community.

By partnering with local employers, organizations, and service providers, Mosaic enhances quality of life while contributing to a more inclusive and resilient community. The Mosaic team leverages data, processes, and technology to deliver high-quality services efficiently and sustainably, driving positive outcomes for communities, funders, families, and—most importantly—the people served.
