This week’s 1 Million Cups presenter will be John Greenwood of Goldfinch Health, a company helping patients, hospitals, employers, and communities improve the surgery and recovery experience while reducing unnecessary opioid use. Goldfinch combines enhanced recovery protocols, a Prepared for Surgery Toolkit, and guidance from Nurse Navigators to help patients prepare for surgery, manage pain, and navigate recovery. During his presentation, John will share more about Goldfinch Health, its approach to improving surgical care, and what’s ahead for the company.
