Please join Greater Iowa City, Inc. at MERGE for a discussion around the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method. While this approach has been around for a couple of years in Iowa, there are still many questions and concerns that we would like to help address. 

We will have an informal discussion around the topic led by local experts so we can identify the pros and cons and learn if this method might be a good fit for your public capital projects. This quarterly meeting brings together members of the development, construction, and architectural + engineering community to connect with municipal leaders. We will discuss emerging trends and opportunities in the greater Iowa City area.
