Join us for the second event in our CLP 30th Anniversary Alumni Program: Population Health and the Pandemic. 

Join local health care experts to explore community health needs and the impact of COVID-19 on population health and health inequities in our state and community. Learn how the pandemic has highlighted the magnitude of health care disparities and discuss the most pressing issues and social determinants such as racism, poverty, food insecurity and health care access related to population health. Engage in conversations with CLP colleagues and health care leaders to discuss action needed to address health disparities and how you can get involved to promote health equity.
