Add a new tool, new friends, and a project experience to your leadership tool box! We are partnering with the Agile Strategy Lab to provide customized training on the Strategic Doing framework. An agile approach to getting big things done, Strategic Doing teaches people how to form collaborations quickly, move them toward measurable outcomes and make adjustments along the way. Immersion Program Includes:

• 10 Skills for Agile Leadership Workbook
• Training in the Strategic Doing framework 
• Application of Strategic Doing to a real project
• Support network of community leadership coaches and peers
• Discounts on registration fees for other CLP 30th year activities

Duration: This program will take approximately 2-3 hours per week from October through June 2021

Cost: The market rate for this national online program is $895. We're offering a customized program exclusive to our CLP alumni for just $795. If cost is a barrier, please contact us directly.

Schedule:

Orientation: Tuesday, October 27th from 4-5:30pm

Strategic Doing Training: This will occur via 7 self-paced online modules completed weekly from Nov. 2-Dec. 20; each module will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete.

Class Check-ins: These will occur weekly every Tuesday from 12-1 pm with local Strategic Doing coaches to help you learn and apply the framework, as well as to get to know each other better, share information and best practices, and receive help with projects.

Project Completion: Participants will be asked to either choose or be assigned a project to complete between January-June using the Strategic Doing framework.
