Celebrate Coralville's sesquicentennial with a special 150th anniversary bash at Xtream Arena in the Iowa River Landing on Sunday, October 1, 2023! We'll have free entertainment and music, cupcakes, activities, a petting zoo, free admission to the Johnson County Historical Society Museum, and much more! All are welcome to this free event. Join us to learn about our rich history and celebrate our bright future!

 Coralville's 150th anniversary celebration includes:

 LIVE ENTERTAINMENT 

• Magician (2:00-5:00 pm)

 • Live music by Adam Beck (2:00-3:00 pm)

 • Live music by Kevin Burt (3:00-5:00 pm) 

• Pop-up cabaret by Young Footliters Youth Theatre (2:15-3:45 pm) 

• Toast to Coralville and remarks by Mayor Foster, and sing "Happy Anniversary" (4:00 pm)

 • Free cupcakes, popcorn, and water

 • Barnyard Discoveries petting zoo (on E. 9th St.)

 • "Stump the Historian" game with Coralville historian Rex Brandstatter & City Council member Keith Jones 

• Coralville Fire Department truck and Coralville Police Department vehicle (on E. 9th St.)

 • Free admission to the Johnson County Historical Society Museum (adjacent to Xtream Arena)

 • Free admission to the Antique Car Museum (adjacent to Xtream Arena) 

• Children's craft, coloring pages, and games • Coralville history on display

 • Digital history library display 

• Book signing by Timothy Walch, author of "Coralville: Images of America"

 • League of Women Voters display
