Kevin Kain (President) and Denis Frischmeyer (CEO) started DCI Group, Inc. in 2011 out of Des Moines. Their vision for the company was to provide high level expertise in the construction industry to assist owners in building projects before they put pencil to paper. In early 2022, the company grew to over 40 employees and opened an office in Iowa City as well. 

DCI is a full-service construction management company. For over a decade, we have partnered with commercial and private businesses and organizations to expertly manage and monitor construction projects of all sizes. Our services cover a wide spectrum of responsibilities from new construction to major renovations — including real estate, design, construction, engineering and sometimes even a jobsite therapist — based on your needs.
