The South of 6 Iowa City Business District is excited about the upcoming Lunch & Learn as part of our Down to Business series offered for FREE every other month.

Registration is REQUIRED to get a head count for free lunch!

This series is geared towards connecting local underestimated and underserved small business owners and entrepreneurs to education, resources and connection they can tap into year-round. This series is hosted at Dream City, a South District community-hub located in the newly formed business district. 

During the month of October, join us for free lunch and to learn more about Commercial and Home Mortgage, a workshop on How to Apply and what you might Need. Our guests are from the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors (ICAAR), Julie Dancer, Zuleyma, and Miguel Silva. 

This event will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 11:30am - 1pm
