Creating and managing change is an essential aspect of executive leadership, particularly since all organizations, especially in a post-pandemic world, operate in increasingly competitive and dynamic environments. This session will focus on executives as change agents and equip them with tools for successfully leading strategic change initiatives where stakeholders are aligned and engaged with the transformation. Using interactive discussions, case studies, and problem-solving exercises, this session will introduce evidence-based strategies for overcoming resistance to change, as well as driving and cementing value-creating changes.
