This week’s 1 Million Cups presenter will be David Houston from Homes 4 My Peeps, who will share how the organization transforms blighted neighborhoods through sustainable homebuilding, remodeling, and workforce development initiatives. Founded on the belief that strong communities begin with safe, affordable, and energy-efficient housing, Homes 4 My Peeps combines green building practices with vocational training opportunities to create lasting economic and community impact. The presentation will also highlight the organization’s new Roots & Domes initiative and its role in advancing innovative approaches to housing and community development.

1 Million Cups is a free, nationwide program designed to educate, engage, and accelerate early-stage startups. We believe in the notion that entrepreneurs can discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a million cups of coffee. Drop in our community of innovators and entrepreneurship enthusiasts to connect and support our local startups. Community members are welcome to attend even if they are not an entrepreneur. Every Wednesday, 9 to 10am. Always free and open to the public. No registration required.
