This week's 1 Million Cups presenters will be Sai Sriram Pullapantula and Keshav Sinolia of NexPath, an emerging Iowa career readiness platform helping students move from confusion to clarity about their future. Founded by Sai Sriram Pullapantula, NexPath combines AI powered career discovery, resume and skill gap tracking, and now direct conversations with working professionals to make career exploration feel less like guesswork and more like a guided path. During the presentation, Sai and Keshav will share more about NexPath's journey from an internationally validated pilot at Republic Polytechnic in Singapore to its expansion into Iowa, including the company's work to build NexPath Connect, a new feature linking students directly with vetted professionals through its partnership with Waukee APEX.
