Community Lunch Connections

Description

The Greater Iowa City, Inc. Lunch Connections bring together business professionals, community leaders, and city officials. All are invited to learn about city plans and events affecting business, local resources, and new opportunities. Join us for lunch, a brief program, and informal networking.

Venue: This week, we will meet at Big Grove Brewery. Registration is requested, preparing the venue to serve lunch in a timely manner, but drop-ins are welcome.

Program: Hear from a panel discussion featuring Stacey Houseman, Ben Kinseth, Chris Gurrie, Jen Clay, and Dave Davis as we explore the local hospitality industry, the history of Kinseth Companies, the seasonality of Iowa City’s hotel market, and the industry’s impact on the local economy. Moderated conversation and audience Q&A will offer insight into regional collaboration, tourism, and the forces shaping hospitality in the Iowa City area.
