Moderated by Matt Arnold and Alfonso Cundari, the program will feature two short talks followed by a panel of leaders from across our community, sharing their perspectives on handling challenges, balancing priorities, and finding clarity in complicated situations.
This engaging lunch will bring together local leaders, nonprofit directors, and business professionals for thoughtful conversation and interactive Q&A. Attendees will walk away with real-world stories, fresh perspectives, and practical strategies to navigate uncertainty, manage change, and lead with confidence.

Molly Varangkounh is a speaker, coach, and business strategist who helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity, courage, and connection. A former executive turned serial entrepreneur, she draws on two decades of experience leading her family’s manufacturing business and now helps business owners build stronger, more sustainable companies from the inside out. She is also a local business owner of QC Kinetix in Coralville, bringing a grounded, people-centered approach to leadership that aligns strategy, culture, and purpose for lasting growth.
Darian Nagle-Gamm - City of Iowa City: Fare Free Transit
Darian Nagle-Gamm is the Director of Transportation Services for the City of Iowa City. She oversees the planning, operations, and maintenance of the city's public transit and parking system, advancing the city's vision for a more sustainable, accessible, and equitable transportation system. Darian holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa and is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners. In her free time, you can find her camping with her family or biking Iowa’s amazing gravel roads and mountain bike trails.
Robin Therme - CIVCO Medical Solutions
Robin Therme is the president of CIVCO Medical Solutions, a global leader in specialty medical devices that enhance the safety of image-guided procedures. Since joining CIVCO in 1991, she has led initiatives in marketing, international expansion, product development, and acquisitions, culminating in her appointment as president in 2017. Under her leadership, CIVCO has achieved steady growth, strengthened its community impact, and earned recognition as one of the Corridor’s “Coolest Places to Work.”
