The Bird House, Hospice Home of Johnson County, is nestled on a secluded wooded lot at 8 Lime Kiln Lane N.E., Iowa City, Iowa.  Situated just north of Interstate 80 we are conveniently located ten minutes from the amenities of the communities of Iowa City, Coralville and North Liberty.

Among only thirty-four such Omega Home Network homes in the United States, we are the first and only independent residential hospice home in Iowa dedicated to compassionate end-of-life care.  Here the dying and their families and friends are empowered to live out their individual definition of quality living through out the end-of-life journey and then claim a healthy grief process.
